1. Who we are

This online store, Nedeiroly, is operated by Gimarta, MB ("we", "us"), company code 305428417, VAT number LT100013651511, registered at Debesų g. 13, Miriniškių k., LT-53368 Kauno r., Lithuania. 2. Scope

These terms apply to all purchases made through this store. Nothing in them limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.

3. Products and prices

We describe and show our products as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different on your screen. All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping within the EU is free.

4. Placing an order

When you place an order, we send you an email confirming it, and that confirmation forms the contract between us. If a product turns out to be unavailable, or there is an obvious pricing error, we will contact you and refund any payment in full.

5. Payment

You pay at checkout using one of the payment methods shown there. Payments are processed by our payment providers, and we never see your full card details.

6. Delivery

We deliver to all 27 EU countries. Delivery times and other details are in our Shipping policy. The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or someone you choose, receive the goods.

7. Right of withdrawal

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Our Refund policy explains how, and includes a model withdrawal form.

8. Legal guarantee

All products have the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under EU law. If a product is faulty or not as described, please contact us and we will repair or replace it, or, if that isn't possible, reduce the price or refund you.

9. Liability

We are responsible for the products we sell in line with the applicable law. Please use products as described in their instructions. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where the law does not allow it.

10. Privacy

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy policy.

11. Complaints and disputes

If something goes wrong, please contact us first and we'll do our best to sort it out quickly. If we can't resolve your complaint, you can turn to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba, www.vvtat.lt) or to the consumer protection authority in your country.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. If you live in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country.
