Where do you ship?
To all 27 EU countries. Shipping is free on every order.
How long does delivery take?
We process orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days after dispatch, depending on the product and your country. It can take a little longer during holidays and sales periods. See our Shipping policy for details.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
Our prices include VAT, and you shouldn't have to pay anything extra on delivery to an EU address. If a courier ever asks you for a fee, contact us before paying.
How do I track my order?
We email you a tracking number when your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to show the first update.
Will my order arrive in one package?
Not always. Items can ship from different warehouses, so a multi-item order may arrive in separate parcels.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can change or cancel it.
Can I return an item?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. Write to us first and we'll send you the return instructions. See our Refund policy.
What if my item is faulty?
Every product has a 2-year legal guarantee. Contact us with a short description and a photo or video of the problem, and we'll repair, replace or refund it.

All available payment options are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely, and we never see your full card details.
