Where we ship

We ship to all 27 EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. We don't ship outside the EU at the moment.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order.

Processing time

We process orders within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days after dispatch, depending on the product and your country. It can take longer during holidays and big sales periods.

Our products ship from our fulfilment partners' warehouses, so if you order several items they may arrive in separate parcels. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of purchase, please contact us.

Tracking

We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. It can take a few days for tracking to show the first update.

VAT, customs and import fees

Our prices include VAT. You shouldn't have to pay any import fees on delivery to an EU address. If a courier asks you to pay something, contact us before paying.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.

Wrong address

Please check your delivery address before you place your order. If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange delivery again.
