Your right to withdraw within 14 days

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day you, or someone you choose (other than the carrier), receive the goods. If your order arrives in several parcels, the period ends 14 days after you receive the last one.

To withdraw, tell us clearly before the period ends, by email to jinn.marley777@gmail.com or through our contact form. You can use the model withdrawal form below, but you don't have to.

Sending the item back

Please send the item back within 14 days of telling us that you are withdrawing. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. You pay the direct cost of returning the item.

Please pack the item carefully and, where possible, include the original packaging and accessories. You are only responsible for any loss in value caused by handling the item more than necessary to check what it is, its characteristics and how it works (as you could in a shop).

Your refund

We refund all payments we received from you, including the original standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may wait to refund until we have received the item back, or until you have shown proof that you sent it, whichever is earlier.

We refund using the same payment method you used for the order, at no cost to you.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed after delivery.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

All products come with the 2-year legal guarantee that EU law gives you. If an item arrives damaged, stops working properly or isn't what you ordered, contact us as soon as you notice the problem and include your order number and a photo or short video. We will repair or replace it. If that isn't possible, we will give you a price reduction or a full refund. We cover the cost of returning faulty items.
